Terms of Services

ALLEGRO NX Academy Terms of Service

Article 1 (Eligibility for Service)

This service is provided to users (hereinafter "Members") who are employees of a customer company holding a valid ALLEGRO NX license and whose access has been approved by Cyberlogitec (hereinafter "the Company").

Article 2 (Copyright of Content)

① All copyrights and other intellectual property rights for all content posted on this platform (hereinafter "Content") are vested in "the Company."

② "Members" may not arbitrarily copy, modify, distribute, transmit, or use the "Content" for any commercial purpose without the explicit prior consent of "the Company."

Article 3 (Restrictions on Use)

① "The Company" may restrict service use in stages, such as warning, temporary suspension, or permanent suspension, if a "Member" engages in acts corresponding to any of the following subparagraphs:

	1.	Interfering with the normal operation of this platform;
	2.	Unauthorized use of another person's account information or identity theft;
	3.	Acts that violate relevant laws, such as the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., including providing illegal programs, hacking, or distributing malicious programs;
	4.	Attempting to access the platform beyond the access rights granted by "the Company."

② Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, "the Company" may take immediate permanent suspension measures if a "Member" commits a serious violation corresponding to subparagraphs 2 through 4 of Paragraph 1.

Article 4 (Dormant Account Management)

If a "Member" does not log in for a continuous period of 12 months or more, "the Company" may restrict service use or delete the account without prior notice to the "Member" for operational efficiency.

Supplementary Provisions

Article 1 (Effective Date) These Terms of Service shall take effect on November 1, 2025.
